A Felicitation Programme was held at MGM College to celebrate achieving 90 years by Dr. H. Shantaram at Nuthana Ravindra Mantapa on 13 August 2017. Dr. B. S Ballal, President of the Academy of General educaiton and Pro-Chancellor of Manipal University presided over the function.
